Talitha is a compassionate, empathetic and motivated clinical hypnotherapist and nutritionist. She holds a degree in nutritional medicine and diploma in hypnotic science. She also holds qualifications as an acceptance and commitment therapy counsellor (ACT) and NLP practitioner.
She firmly believes everybody has the ability to regain health and wellbeing through a whole-food diet, active lifestyle and mind-body balance. Talitha seeks, through her treatments, to re-connect clients to their own inner wisdom, find inner peace and to give clients renewed vitality and long-term happiness.
Combining her interests in nutrition, hypnotherapy and counselling, she tailors successful programs helping her clients overcome disordered eating, depression, anxiety, addictive behaviours and lack of confidence.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist. This hypnotic state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations. In this state, you can turn your attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourself that can help you make changes or regain control in certain areas of your life.
